Returns and Refunds

Ready-to-ship items

Ready-to-ship products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at juliasportrg@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

You may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, in the same way as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Custom-made and made-to-measure items

Products that are not prefabricated and are made specifically to the customer’s individual measurements or specifications, or are otherwise clearly personalised for that customer, are custom-made products.

Such custom-made or made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or other reasons unrelated to a defect or non-conformity of the product.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights if the product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the agreed order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

Where a complaint concerning a product that does not conform to the contract is justified, Julia Sport will bear the costs required by applicable consumer law, including the necessary costs of returning, repairing or replacing the product.

These rights also apply to custom-made and made-to-measure products. The exclusion of the 14-day right of withdrawal for personalised products does not limit your statutory rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you about the refund.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund will include the price paid for the product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For eligible ready-to-ship products, you may return the original item and place a new order.

Custom-made and made-to-measure products cannot be exchanged unless the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed order.
