Order Terms

By placing a custom order, the Customer confirms that they understand the technical and creative nature of producing an individually made rhythmic gymnastics leotard.
An order is accepted only after the Customer has a clear understanding of the desired final result. All requirements from the gymnast, coach and parents must be discussed and agreed before production begins.
Booking a production month means that work on the leotard will begin during that month. It does not guarantee that the finished leotard will be completed within the same month.
Orders are produced in the order in which they are confirmed. If the leotard is required for a specific date, this must be discussed and agreed separately before the order is accepted.

Measurements must be taken only after the Customer has fully accepted the Order Terms and approved the previous work of Julia Sport Studio.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements provided.
Measurements must be taken over underwear only. Sportswear, shorts and outer clothing must not be worn during the measuring process.
Please do not add extra centimetres “for growth”. Any necessary allowance will be added by Julia Sport Studio.
A detailed photo or video measurement guide will be provided to the Customer.
If measurements are taken in person by Julia Sport Studio, the date, time and location must be agreed separately.

Before production begins, the Customer and Julia Sport Studio must agree on the final design, colours, decorative elements and overall appearance of the leotard.
All requests from the gymnast, coach and parents must be communicated before the design is approved.
Production begins only after the final design has been confirmed by the Customer.
Minor differences may occur because each leotard is handmade and certain colours may look slightly different depending on the screen, lighting or available materials.

Each leotard is produced individually and by hand. The production timeline depends on the complexity of the design, the availability of materials and the current workload of Julia Sport Studio.
The planned production month means that work on the leotard will begin during that month. It does not guarantee completion within the same month.
If the leotard is required for a specific competition or event date, this must be agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.
Any delay caused by late measurements, late approvals, requested changes or delayed payment may extend the production timeline.

The Customer agrees to pay a 50% deposit before production begins.
The deposit covers design development, materials, production planning and preparation. Once production has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Production starts only after the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance, together with the shipping cost, must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
Julia Sport Studio reserves the right to suspend production or postpone shipment until full payment has been received.

Minor changes, such as adjustments to colour or decorative details, may be requested before production begins.
Significant changes to the approved design may require a revised quotation and may extend the production timeline.
Changes requested after production has started may not always be possible. If they can be made, additional costs may apply.
Any change to the order must be confirmed in writing by both the Customer and Julia Sport Studio.

The Customer may cancel the order before production begins by notifying Julia Sport Studio in writing.
If production has already started, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers design development, purchased materials and production preparation.
If the leotard has already been completed, the Customer is responsible for paying the full order value.
Julia Sport Studio reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, any payments received for work not performed will be refunded.

Julia Sport Studio ships custom-made rhythmic gymnastics leotards worldwide using trusted courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and depend on the destination country, parcel size and the selected delivery service.
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Julia Sport Studio is not responsible for delays, additional costs or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the Customer will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Delivery times are estimated by the courier service and cannot be guaranteed by Julia Sport Studio.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Julia Sport Studio carefully packs every order but is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the parcel has been dispatched. If the parcel arrives damaged, the Customer should contact the courier immediately and inform Julia Sport Studio as soon as possible.
