Shipping
We ship from Poland to the countries available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Ready-to-ship orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. For custom-made orders, production time is agreed separately before the order is placed.

Returns — ready-to-ship products
Ready-to-ship products can be returned if you change your mind. Please notify us at juliasportrg@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Send the goods back by post within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible ready-to-ship item and place a new order.
Custom-made products and defects
Products made to your individual measurements or specifications cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
